This is only the beginning, he says...

It's about time, right?  Damn... it's 2009, Barack Obama is in office, our economy is in a seemingly downward spiral, Scotty's "unemployed" (Ha ha... right?  Not really, but yeah... sort-of, kind-of? What?), and I'm still spending most of my time pedaling bicycles.

So much hope, so many aspirations, so much dedication (and desire to be inspired for more), and what... will it bring me the happiness I ultimately crave?  Only time will tell, I suppose, but I live my life with much optimism.

But 2009 looks pretty dang good so far.
